Nothing is hidden. An operator left off says why, and you can add one the desk has never heard of.
Start to finish.
Finding the operators is the first act. Then the desk runs the charter to the close, and stops for you where the money is.

Everything that waits on you lands in one inbox, and each item opens the charter it came from.
The desk does the work. The decisions are yours.
- Sends wait for you
- A message to an operator waits for your approval by default. You choose what, if anything, the desk may send on its own.
- Some decisions are always yours
- The booking, the close and the customer's price always need a person, whatever the settings.
- Every figure has a source
- A price in a draft comes from a quote or a rate on your record. A draft stating any other number is stopped before you see it.
- Everything is on the record
- Every quote, booking and flight event points back to the message it came from and the person behind it.
Questions forwarders ask.
- Will operators answer software?
- They answer you. Each message is sent for a named person at your company, from your own mailbox once you connect it, and says the desk drafted it. An operator can also send a price through a short form rather than write it out.
- How current is the data?
- Every fact carries its source and the date it was read. Sightings cover the last seven days, the ban and sanctions lists are read every day, and a list that has gone unread is flagged.
- We still use brokers.
- Keep the ones that help. You can shortlist a carrier through a broker or a sales agent, before they name it, and the desk records who quoted through whom.
Run it direct and the margin stays with you.
